The lobby of a posh hotel where two boys begin wrestling.
What would Malvolio do if he was at the scene?
Disapprove.
How he would express his disapproval:
He would look over his newspaper, not even deigning to get up. He would not go to the desk and ask them to deal with the problem, because that would mean letting someone else be in charge. He wants to be in charge. He would describe their behavior in derisive terms; assert his authority; and stress the respectability of the hotel, with the purpose of shaming them without compromising his own sense of dignity.
An example of the speech he might give:
You ruffians!
Have you no manners? This is not behavior befitting a respectable hotel! Are you young men, or are you toddlers? The guests of this establishment have paid well for the privilege of staying here. We expect peace and quiet, not this raucous hullabaloo. If you wish to continue behaving in this uncouth and disrespecful manner, go and stay in something like a Motel 6. I demand that you cease this puerile behavior at once.
Malvolio notices that he is standing under a tree.
His Response:
He would immediately step out from under the tree, to avoid getting bird droppings on his clothing. He would notice that the tree was taller and therefore more imposing than he was, but would content himself with the fact that he was very intelligent, whereas the tree was not; and that he was of a perfectly good height, whereas the tree was tall and therefore ungainly. He would then walk away, thoroughly satisfied with himself.
It is raining. Malvolio sees someone entering the store he's in. They are clearly soaked from walking through the rain.
His Response:
He would think, "Of course, that would never happen to me. I always carry my umbrella with me if rain is forecast."
Thinking contemptuously of the person for their lack of preparation, he would ostentatiously avoid them, to avoid getting his fine clothing wet. He then would go about his business.
